About Morpheus8

Morpheus8 is a fractional skin treatment which uses a combination of micro needling and radio frequency. This stimulates collagen production of the underlying layers of the dermis. By targeting the deeper layers of the skin, tissues of the face and body can be remodelled to reveal a more radiant youthful appearance.

Morpheus8 can be used on any areas that can benefit from resurfacing and subdermal renewal. The most commonly treated areas include the face, neck, eyes, abdomen, thighs, legs and arms.

After a thorough consultation with our expert, Dr Manika, we will recommend the optimal number of sessions to be performed based on your personal objectives. Treatment times and frequency will be specifically tailored to obtain optimal results.

Visible results can be seen within a few days, but typically after three weeks the most noticeable results appear. Improvements continue up to 3 months after treatments.

Radiofrequency (RF) energy is scientifically proven method to remodel and rebuild collagen. It is minimally invasive, using a matrix of micro pins to renew the deeper layers of the skin with almost no patient downtime.

The benefit of Morpheus8's colour blind technology is that it can be used on all skin types. The unique properties allow even darker tones to be treated.

Yes, Morpheus8 can be used in the same treatment session, or a few days after other treatments. Morpheus8 can also be combined with certain other energy treatments or injectables to achieve more extensive results. Please consult with your practitioner before combing any treatments.

Since patient downtimes is minimal, makeup can be applied 1-2days after the treatment. Patients should expect to see micro lesions a few days after treatment and slight redness depending on treatment parameters.

Downtime may last up to 1-2 weeks depending on treatment parameters and patient skin type, but you can cover this with make-up after 24 hours

Avoid touching treated area without washing your hands thoroughly, especially in the first 48 hours
Ice packs or the use of a cool compress/cooling gel pack can be used in the first day to help reduce any heat sensation in the skin and reduce swelling
You can cleanse your skin using a non-exfoliating cleanser and pat dry with a clean towel. Do not rub
Apply a physical-SPF-containing morning cream daily eg AlumierMD Sheer Hydration
